Henry’s Majestic, a Dallas based cocktail haven, recently debuted its new cocktail “There’s Always Money in the Banana Stand.” This drink includes two unique rums, banana alcohol, cinnamon syrup, bitters, lime and orange juice. Henry’s takes it up a notch by adding a parasol and a frozen chocolate banana.

- 1 oz. Plantation 3-Star Artisanal Rum
- 1 oz. Smith & Cross Navy Rum
- 3/4 oz. Giffard Banane du Bresil
- 3/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz. Orange Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Preparation: Mix all ingredients (except bitters) in shaker & shake. Strain ingredients into a Belgian glass & add crushed iced. Add float bitters on top of the cocktail. Garnish with frozen chocolate banana and parasol.
